At Kave Home Korea, we want you to love your new furniture and decor. If you are not completely satisfied, you can initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the items are in their original condition and packaging.
Submit a Request
Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to submit a return or exchange request within 7 days of receiving your item.
Wait for Approval
Our customer service team will review your request and provide a return authorization code along with instructions for the logistics team.
Schedule Pickup
Once approved, a specialized furniture courier will contact you to schedule a convenient time for the collection of the items from your home.
Refund Processing
After the returned goods are inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
